Our Whole Wheat Tagliatelle, long pasta is flavorful and heart healthy. Featuring 50% locally sourced Durum flour from Maine Grains, and local eggs.
All of our pastas are brass die extruded, feature local eggs and a minimum of 25% Maine Grains flours.
Contains wheat and eggs. If applicable, loosen long pasta shapes that have been nested in packages before storing in fridge or freezer. Keep Refridgerated for up to 7 days from date created. Freeze for up to 90 days.
If cooking from frozen, do not thaw and add 2 – 3 minutes to the cook time.
