Junction Garden
[dokan_vendor_bio1]
Hello! Eileen Flanagan and John Cochrane are the farmers at Junction Garden. We are a small-scale market farm using regenerative and organic farming practices. The farmstead is solar powered and geothermally heated. We are first generation farmers that have lived our lives caring for and respecting the land. After many years of homesteading near Rochester, NY we moved to mid-Maine in 2018 to follow our farming dreams. Here we have 70 acres with hay fields, forest and gardens. We grow fruits, vegetables, log-grown Shiitake mushrooms and keep laying hens, Muscovy ducks, Nigerian Dwarf goats and Icelandic sheep. We value the relationships and connections we make through growing and selling food to our community. We hope you enjoy the products you buy from us!
