Springdale Farm and Creamery

We are a 4th generation family farm in Waldo, where we milk Jersey and Guernsey cows and raise beef, rose veal and pork. We have grazed the same pastures for over 100 years and hope to continue our family’s tradition into the future. In 2016, after 10 years of planning and preparation, we started a micro-creamery and have since grown to making a variety of cheeses with our cows’ luscious, creamy milk.
