We are an artisanal yeast bread bakery based out of Penobscot Maine, we proudly serve staple  breads, traditional European  breads and local delicacies such as our cheese knots to the Blue Hill  peninsula. We are dedicated to supporting and helping maintain our thriving local food economy. We use as many local products as possible depending on season and access and are proud to work closely with with our local farmers to provide exciting new bread options. All of our flours are unbleached, non GMO and un enriched. Our practices are for ever changing as we strive to introduce greener and healthier flours and raw ingredients.
