This coffee has a mild body, mild acidity, clean finish, and notes of dark chocolate and caramel with a hint of orange. It is complex and smooth. This coffee is grown at a small farm called La Amistad, which translates to friendship. The farm is located near the Costa Rica/Panama border, in the Talamanca Mountain Range. This shade grown coffee farm is mainly self-sufficient, using clean streams from the rain forest for washing the coffee as well as generating the power to run the milling machinery on site. This is a cup of coffee that you will truly enjoy.
