Country Style Pork Ribs Bundle!
These could also be called pork steaks. They are semi combarable to beef ribeye steaks in that they have lots of fat marbeled and woven amongts the bands of meat. Some cuts may have a few bones that add to the flavor when searing over an open flame, hot coals, or even the cast iron pan.
Country Style ribs are cut from the transition area between the loins and the front shoulder. This means they have a nice chunk of quailty tender loin meat, with the fat marbeling seen in the front shoulder. The front shoulder is where pulled pork traditionally comes from.
We love these cuts because they are so forgiving on the grill. You can cook them over open flames or coals to get a nice smoky sear without worrying about drying out the meat. The fat melts in your mouth and pulls out the flavors of our delcious steaks.
