Cream-Line Chocolate Milk

Our chocolate milk is creamy and delectable!  The secret to this chocolate milk is low-temperature, vat pasteurized, cream-line,  Jersey cow milk.  Our milk is from our small herd of Jersey cows that are fed a grass-based, non-corn silage diet giving the milk a sweet taste. The milk is gently pasteurized in small batches at 145 degrees allowing the milk to retain natural, full flavors.  Our milk is non-homogenized which means a layer of cream will separate to the top from the milk after pasteurization and bottling.  So, before you pour a glass to enjoy, shake well!  (Our farm is newly collaborating with Teacup Farm of Barker NY to pasteurize the milk from our Jersey Herd-new labels coming soon.)
