The taste is sweet and delicate; the aroma is also very intense with a slight musky flavor. This melt-in-your-mouth Italian ham is made with the muscular part of the hind leg. Culatello requires many months to develop its fine flavors. Pair it with our other charcuterie meats for a holiday party.
