Kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. It is loaded with antioxidants, great source of vitamin C, K, high in Beta-Carotene, and full of cancer- fighting substances.

You can eat it raw, in salads, soups. Boil it to make it soft and easier to chew, bake it to make Kale chips, or saute it.

As with all of our produce we do not use pesticides. Because we don’t want to harm you or any beneficial insects. So, please wash before enjoying. 😊🦋🐝
