Full ingredient list: red clover (Trifolium pratense), oatstraw (Avena sativa), marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima), dulse (Palmaria palmata).

Recommended intake: as needed, up to x3 cups daily.
