Named after the gypsy guitarist, D”jango Rienhardt, these carrots wake up any meal. Serve alongside a meatloaf or add to a coleslaw. Ginger carrots are nice on sandwiches, sushi, or a roll up. Try with meat, fish, tofu or with grains.
