Elderberry Thyme Tonic

Elderberry Thyme Syrup is sugar-free and made with raw local honey from Swan’s. The ingredients are fresh or frozen elderberries, fresh thyme, honey, ginger, and brandy. The elderberries and thyme are grown on the farm and certified organic. The brandy gives this syrup a longer shelf life of 8mo to 1 year in the fridge.

Use: Take this sweet immune-supporting syrup straight up or blend 2T into a glass of water or seltzer. Kids love it. You can take it frequently (3-4x/day) if feeling under the weather or 1T a day preventatively.
