Elderflower Balsamic Viniagrette

We have been making this seasonal dressing for a couple years now in our market for our salads and several customers have asked for it. This year we decided to freeze some of our elderflower syrup to make our own 12 oz bottle containing an elderflower sugar cane syrup,  white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.   Simple and sweet with a nice amount of acidity.  Great withour mixed winter greens.  Refrigerate after opening for long term storage
