Our grassfed heritage Highland eye-of-round roasts are great for roasting in your oven, slow simmering in your large crockpot, or cooking atop your woodstove in a cast-iron kettle. However you like to cook your roasts, throw in some potatoes and veggies after the meat has cooked a bit and you have a tasty meal!
Heritage Highland roasts have delicious flavor and produce excellent gravy. As with all grassfed beef, however, roasts tend to be a bit dry so the gravy is a definite plus. We prefer eye-of-round roasts to any other cuts.
Our heritage Scottish Highland cattle are grassfed AND grass-finished. No gain, no antibiotics, no GMOs.
NOTE: Roast is vacuum-sealed and frozen. Our beef is state inspected.
