Fresh Bratwurst

A finely textured pork sausage made with salt, white pepper, mace, ginger and nutmeg. Serve hot as an entree with potato or rice and vegetables, or sliced cold for snacking with crackers, rye bread, sharp cheese and hot mustard. (Fresh or smoked pork)
