Thanksgiving Gluten Free Pecan Pie

We source our pecans from APJ Pecan Farm, a small pecan farm in Southern Georgia. When I started looking to direct source pecans, Paula taught me there are over 500 species of pecans. She sent me samples of the different types they grow and I fell in love with the sweet buttery flavor of the smaller and more rounded Elliot pecan. These pecans are nothing like the traditional store bought packaged pecans, then add maple syrup as a sweetener with a hint of bourbon for the most delicious pecan pie to pass your lips!
