80/20 Jersey Cow Beef.  Jersey Beef is a leaner beef, full of flavor due to the yellow fat known to the breed of Jersey cattle.  Our cows are raised on a grass-based diet grazing pastures from May-November and eating a balanced ration of baleage and grain/mineral mix throughout the year.   Our beef is processed locally at Burly Brothers Country Butchery in Attica, a USDA inspected facility.  Ground beef comes in .98-1.04lb. plastic, tubes.  This ground beef is frozen.
