½ teaspoon Coriander Seeds
½ teaspoon Fennel Seeds
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)

Lamb Life: The lambs of 2023 (Gentile Boy, Salty & Pepper) were born in early 2023 and spent the season roaming the pasture with their moms happily foraging and receiving scratches and lots of love. They had free range of a 7 acre pasture and a varied diet including clover, grass and dandelions (a favorite lamb snack) as well as supplemented organic grain from Green Mountain Feeds in Bethel, VT. They were a healthy and happy bunch.
