Grass fed Rose Veal from our herd of Jersey and Guernsey cows.
Raised to 350 to 400 lbs over 5 to 7 months creating delicious lean yet tender meat.
Referred to as Rose Veal because of the Rosey color of the meat – different from commercial veal – all due to mixed diet and exorcise. Flavorful yet still milder than beef.
