Our Baby Gouda is softer and smoother than it’s aged counterpart. But,just because it’s delicate doesn’t mean it doesn’t have full grown Gouda Goodness. It’s still handmade in Upstate NY, and crafted in the traditional Dutch style.
True Gouda needs to breathe and our baby gets plenty of air. Turned daily on pine planks to ensure uniform age and perfection for at least sixty days, it’s also a raw milk cheese – no high temp pasteurization here. The results? One of New York’s finest traditional style Gouda cheese.
