We raise Gulf Coast sheep. They are a rare breed of sheep. We are the only person in the state and one of few in New England raising this breed. The meat from Gulf Coast Sheep is mild, tender and moist. Gulf Coast sheep meat is not gamey like most wool breed sheep.
