Lovage plant

A spring-dug lovage root established in a pot and now ready for transplanting into your perennial herb garden. Will grow to 5-6 feet tall by July. Once established, harvest in May and June by pulling off celery-like stalks and using them in soups and stir fries at a time of year when few fresh greens are available.
