Maple Sugar: 1 pound

Pure Maine maple syrup made into sugar. Similar to brown sugar. Can be used in meat rubs, on veggies, in oatmeal or coffee and so much more. We have substituted part or sometimes all sugar in recipes for baking like with cookies.
