Marfax Heirloom Dry Bean, 1 lb OG

Along with Jacob’s Cattle, Yellow Eye,  Marfax beans are one of the traditional baking beans of New England. They are a richly flavored brown baking bean, a favorite among many Mainers. This bean is smaller and requires more space in the garden for significant yields.  For many reasons, these beans are difficult to find, especially certified organic.
