Mexican Tarragon, Organic

1 bunch of Mexican Tarragon.

Mexican Mint/Mexican Tarragon is similar in flavor to tarragon but easier to grow in Maine. May be used as a substitute for French tarragon. The leaves, best used raw or added at the end of cooking, have a sweet licorice flavor. Use in fish and chicken dishes, soups, salads, pestos, and vinegars.

Edible Flowers: Use the flowers to garnish desserts and drinks with the same sweet licorice flavor as the leaves.
