Each bulk bag contains twelve, 4 oz nests of pasta. Approximately 3.5 lbs. – 3.75 lbs. Order as many bags as you like. Our pastas arrive fresh but freeze great and you can pull nests from the fridge or freezer as needed. Cook from frozen, loosen the nests before storage and again while cooking.

All of our pastas are brass die extruded, feature local eggs and a minimum of 25% Maine Grains flours.
Contains wheat and eggs. If applicable, loosen long pasta shapes that have been nested in packages before storing in fridge or freezer. Keep Refridgerated for up to 7 days from date created. Freeze for up to 90 days.
If cooking from frozen, do not thaw and add 2 – 3 minutes to the cook time.
