Quill’s End Farm pork is raised in the woods with shelter and plenty of room to root and roam. Our pigs are fed organic grain and skim milk from our cows and whey from our cheese and yogurt-making. This combination makes for extraordinary flavor and moist meat that’s hard to over cook.
