1 lb Bacon, 1 lb Ground Pork, 2 Pork Chops and 2 lbs variety cuts that will be selected based on our inventory (Pork Kabob, Pork Stew, Shoulder, Country Style Ribs etc) approximately 5.5 to 6 lbs total
