Pullman Loaf Buttermilk Wheat Bread

The baking style of the Pullman Loaf was developed by European bread makers in the early 18th century.
When railway service pioneer George Pullman chose the loaf for his Pullman rail cars, the bread became known for its classic sandwiches and toast making qualities. This Pullman Loaf Buttermilk Wheat Bread is made with fresh Maine buttermilk, organic bread flour, Durum wheat berries, Jackman Maple sweet honey, sesame seeds and Maine sea salt. Loaf weight 3 pounds, yield 32 slices or more.
