Quarter of a Steer Deposit

Our wholesale or freezer trade beef is where this all started! Essentially, customers are purchasing retail quality beef at wholesale cost. Customers can expect back a wide range of steaks, roasts, ground beef and more all cut to their specifications! We work with top quality USDA inspected processors that will either vacuum seal or wrap in butcher paper. We have monthly orders so please let us know what month works best for you!

The amount reflected when buying online is a deposit to hold your spot, which equates to roughly half of the total cost of a quarter, half, or whole beef. Typically, a quarter beef is around $600, a half is $1200, and a whole is $2400 for the beef plus processing.
