Our small bag/quantity of Romaine Heads available to order may include: Jericho, Plato II, Paris Island Cos, Forellenschluss Ritsy, Forellenschluss Routine Romaine Lettuce varieties. The varieties that are looking their best, and performing at their prime at the moment of ordering are the varieties that are included. It is a constantly changing spectrum throughout the season which adds to the fun of – – – !surprise!

These seem to have the longest shelf-life of all our Lettuce varieties we offer. The Romaine is robust, hardy and cooks well with eggs, sausage or burgers on stove top. It’s your farmer’s favorite tasty treat from the Lettuce beds. Watch out!
