Appearances and Uses:

Minute plant with distinct bell-shaped. blue to purple flower.  Lovely round leaves at the base of the plant.  4-8 inches tall.

Growing Conditions:

Sun; rocky/sandy soils.  Found on rocky cliffs, shorelines and dry meadows.  Nice for rock gardens.
