Ingredients: Arborio rice, dried shiitake, dried chives, dried parsley, dried onion, dried celery, shiitake powder, garlic powder, salt.
Directions: Bring large pot of water to boil, reduce heat to maintain simmer. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. of oil in a skillet. Add risotto mixture to the skillet and stir well to coat rice with oil. Reduce heat and slowly add hot water from the pot (in 1/2 cup increments), stirring constantly and allowing water to absorb before adding more, until rice is cooked about 25-35 minutes.
