We feed the birds year-round and they love our suet, particularly the Downey and Hairy woodpeckers. Jennifer also uses some of the clean, white suet chopped up when she makes green tomato mincemeat. Suet adds the fat and ballast that most green tomato mincemeats are lacking (and that you’ll find in venison mincemeat).
Our Scottish Highland cattle are grassfed and grass-finished. No grain; no GMOs; no antibiotics.
Suet comes vacuum packed and frozen. Our beef is state-inspected.
