Wild Blueberry Topping

Lovely for toasties, crepes, buckwheat pancakes, morning yogurt, family occasions.

The stars of the show are our wild lowbush organic blueberries, harvested from Youngs Cove Road in Pembroke. At our commercial kitchen, the Minke, we add in organic lemon juice, pectin and organic cane sugar… but not too much! We think you will notice that it is very super duper delicious.
