Smoked Ham Hocks make an incredible soup. The rich meaty hocks are marbeled with fats and collagen.
We prepare our hocks by cooking in the oven at 350F for around 4-5hours to break down all the collagen, fat, and muscles. Then its picked apart and fed into the stock pot with all the veggies and noodles we have on hand. Easy and simple Sunday cooking 🙂
Hocks are sold individually. Hocks weigh average approximately 1lb each, $5/each.
