These are dug by a farmer 1.5 miles from the farm. Let’s talk fresshhhh, and local. These are dug every Wednesday and kept on ice and seaweed. They are never kept longer than 2 days. We do our part to dig these sustainably and safely (being licensed and noting the closure days, areas daily). Steamed clams on sauteed organic greens grown/dug by your local farmer?
