Jen is known for her sour cherry pie and so she created a jam that would capture that same scrumptious flavor. She adds a touch of natural almond extract to Highland Farm organically-grown sour cherries, and natural sugar, which makes this very sweet jam perfect for toast or as a filling for tarts. Kids and grown-ups love Jen’s sour cherry jam, but be careful ~ it’s addictive!
NOTE: This batch of jam is made with later, larger and darker cherries from our tree, but still has the same great flavor of our 8-ounce jars. You also save $2.50 per jar with our 16-ounce size.
