Za’atar spice blend

Za’atar is a very popular middleaeastern spice blend of sumac, oregano, thyme and salt. We grow and dry the oregano and thyme and collect local native sumac. This spice adds a punch of flavor on vegetables especially tomatoes as well as meats, chicken and fish. Try it on our fresh baked flatbread brushed with olive oil. ( a Mediterranean staple)  Comes in a 4 oz jar
