Households: Each bag contains four, 4 oz nests of pasta, or 1 lb. Our classic plain pasta shapes are packed with nutrition featuring locally sourced eggs and local flour that is grown and milled in Maine. Contains wheat and eggs.
Wholesale Customers: Order as many bags as you like. Our pastas arrive fresh and can remain in your refrigerator display for up to 7 days from the date created. After that, create a value-added product or move to your freezer display. Cook from frozen (do not thaw), loosen the nests before storage and again while cooking.
Our Whole Wheat Tagliatelle, long pasta is flavorful and heart healthy. Featuring 50% locally sourced Durum flour from Maine Grains, and local eggs.
All of our pastas are brass die extruded, feature local eggs and contain at least 25% Maine Grains whole wheat Durum flour.
Contains wheat and eggs. If applicable, loosen long pasta shapes that have been nested in packages before storing in fridge or freezer. Keep Refridgerated for up to 7 days from date created. Freeze for up to 90 days.
If cooking from frozen, do not thaw and add 2 – 3 minutes to the cook time.
