All of our pastas are brass die extruded, feature local eggs and contain at least 25% Maine Grains whole wheat Durum flour.
Contains wheat and eggs. If applicable, loosen long pasta shapes that have been nested in packages before storing in fridge or freezer. Keep Refridgerated for up to 7 days from date created. Freeze for up to 90 days.
If cooking from frozen, do not thaw and add 2 – 3 minutes to the cook time.
